As from Monday, 28th March 2011 Ashbourne Community Transport will be offering the following service to and from Ashbourne which is suitable for wheelchair users and people with pushchairs. The service runs on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

You need to register with Ashbourne Community Transport then book each time you want to make a trip. You will be advised of the exact pick-up point when you book.

Call 01335 300670 between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. Bookings can be made up to the time of departure but early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.

There is a service to Derby but the nearest it comes to Shirley is Rodsley. It runs from Rodsley at 9.35 am, Tuesday and Friday. Returning at 13.40. Allow 65 minutes for the journey.
